We are looking for a Content Writer who cares about words, thinks clearly, and understands that good writing is not about sounding clever. It is about being understood.
You will write across two products: Lattu AI, our study abroad planning platform, and a personal finance product we are developing. You do not need to already know these spaces deeply. You need to be genuinely curious, willing to research before you write, and honest enough to know when a draft is not good enough yet.
This role is open to fresh graduates. If you write well, take feedback seriously, and bring your own judgment to every piece rather than just running prompts through an AI and calling it done, we would like to hear from you.
Lattu.ai is a free study abroad planning platform built for Bangladeshi students. Every year, thousands of Bangladeshi students dream of studying abroad. The challenge isn't ambition. It's knowing where to start. Lattu AI helps students turn a confusing journey into a clearer, more personal plan by bringing together the information, guidance, and tools they need to understand their options and make informed decisions about their future.
Write blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and in-product copy across both brands.
Research topics thoroughly before putting a word down. You write about things you actually understand.
Use AI writing tools for research and as a productivity aid, not a replacement for your own thinking and voice.
Apply brand tone and style guidelines consistently across different content formats and platforms.
Work with the YouTube Content Manager, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns, launches, and content calendars.
Collaborate with the founding team and other team members to develop product messaging, how we describe what we do, who we are for, and why it matters. This includes marketing materials, pitch language, feature descriptions, and any copy that shapes how our audience understands our products
Take feedback constructively and revise quickly. Iteration is a core part of the job here.
Strong written English: clear, natural, well-structured, and warm.
Fluent in Bangla. Our published content is primarily in English, but you are writing for Bangladeshi students, and that context matters deeply. Bangla fluency helps you sense-check tone, catch cultural nuances, and make sure what we publish actually connects with the people we are trying to reach.
Curious and fast to learn, you pick things up quickly and are not afraid to write about unfamiliar topics after doing the research.
Good instincts about what makes writing readable and what makes it forgettable.
Honest use of AI tools. You know what they are good for and where they fall short, and you do not let them flatten your voice.
Collaborative and communicative, you ask questions when something is unclear, share drafts early, and take notes.
Fresh graduates and undergrad students are welcome. Up to one year of writing experience is a plus.
You will contribute across product, content, research, and operations, not siloed into one narrow task. Every assignment connects to something we are actively building.
This is an early-stage product with a small team, which means you will gain cross-functional exposure and take on responsibilities that would take much longer to reach in a larger organisation.
The platform is at a stage where what you build now becomes part of what thousands of students use.
Lattu AI exists to help Bangladeshi students navigate one of the most consequential decisions of their lives. The work you do here contributes directly to that.
You will work directly with the founding team. There are no layers of management between you and the people making decisions, which means faster feedback, clearer direction, and a better understanding of where the product is going.
